Located on a quiet residential street three minutes north of downtown, this area offers easy access to sports stadiums, music venues, UC, Children's Hospital, restaurants, fancy bars, and boutique stores. A playground is conveniently located across the street. The neighborhood is undergoing gentrification, with a mix of recently renovated homes and some that still need work. Once downtown or in Over the Rhine, everything is walkable, and you can use the Streetcar for free or rent Redbikes and scooters easily. Respect quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. The patio and outdoor spaces should not be used after 9:30pm or before 8am. A $250 fine per hour will be incurred for each hour of noise violation. Smoking or lighting anything indoors will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized parties may lead to reservation termination or prosecution. A $300 cleaning fee applies for excessive pet hair, and a $170 re-keying fee is charged for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees apply for stays longer than 14 days or if the unit is found in complete disorder.
