There is a strict no-party policy; any parties or events/gatherings will result in the police being called and everyone being removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and around the building.
