The property is a studio with a kitchen, bathroom, and two larger rooms as well as storage space. I have a bedframe and desk that I can move into the building to partly furnish it, but at the moment, only an oven, extra storage cabinets, and paper blinds are inside of the residence. I have also painted the interior of the house since these photos were taken, the color is now white. Additionally, I am replacing one of the street facing windows, as it was recently broken. There is a substantial amount of yard space(around .3-.4 acres) that you will have access to. Additionally, I am happy to allow pets and am generally open to negotiation. The rent includes water and waste fees, as well as yard maintenance, electricity is not included in the rent and based on usage. The term of the lease is negotiable, but I have a preference for 12 month leases. Vape smoking is permitted within the house, but any form of combustible smoking must be done outdoors.
