You have a nice living room with a focal decorative fireplace and patio doors out to your front covered cement patio, also just painted. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use. There is also a private back porch, and the amazing back yard is gated and secure with patio table and chairs and BBQ that is shared with the other tenant. The whole yard is locked and secured with a keyed gate.
This is located very close to Arnold Hall and many other SCAD buildings are nearby. The area is very nicely kept and desirable.
The landlady is updating the bathroom prior to move in. These pictures are prior to any updates. I (We) care about our tenants and keep the building well taken care of. If you are tired of deadbeat landlords, you are in for a treat.
There is a security deposit and a $40 application fee and background check.
