The space comes with off street parking, a 12' x 15' storage unit and prime gardening space (no 420 please) to share with a nearby house tenant. Utilities (electric, propane, water, waste removal and internet) are included in the rent. Comes with Level 2 EV charging capability (NEMA 14-50 outlet) which will be billed separately.
