This lovely 400 sq ft South Hills apartment was built in 2022, with kitchen appliances and in-unit washer/dryer purchased then, and hand selected granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. It is attached to the main house, but with a separate, private entrance and is entirely self-contained. We are surrounded by tall trees and many hiking paths, with a view of Spencer Butte from the backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe. A final note is that the main house has a hot tub, which though not part of the rental unit and its amenities, we are open to sharing if the renter is interested and ok with our rules (especially if s/he is willing to help maintain it!). And though we prefer no pets, we would consider a very small, well behaved dog. We are looking for a medium- or longer-term renter who needs a furnished apartment. For medium-term (3-6mo), traveling nurses and other health professionals, visiting UO professors or digital nomads, are especially welcome. Longer-term we especially love to rent to UO graduate students and faculty. If a medium-term tenant would like to extend their stay beyond six months, we are open to that assuming all goes well. Quiet non- smokers only, please. $100 flat monthly utilities fee, includes Internet.
