Credit Report and Screening Once your completed application is received complete, we will receive a notification. A valid email address is required for each adult. Any fee is paid directly by the 3rd party or credit reporting agency and is non-refundable. Qualification Requirements: - Completed application(s) along with the required income documentation. - A credit score should be 650 or higher. - A valid photo ID (Driver License, Passport, Real ID, Resident Alien Card) - Good/positive rental history. - Sufficient income.
