Option 2: Security Deposit Alternative (Non-Refundable Fee)
This option allows for lower upfront move-in costs. Instead of a full deposit, there is a non-refundable monthly fee. Please note, tenants are still responsible for any damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations beyond normal wear and tear.
