If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, a $2,500 fine will be imposed, and guests will be removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared after identity verification is completed. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. The unit is strictly for short-term lodging only. The home features a dedicated workstation with a standing desk, perfect for remote work.
