The kitchen has all-black appliances and newer counters, the storage/laundry area fits a full-size washer/dryer (not provided), and water is free! The building also has a coin-operated (app) washer/dryer available to residents. 1 reserved parking space- parking is not covered. Plenty of additional parking on the property. Gas heating and gas stove- electric lights and central AC. The condo association pays for the water, trash, and sewer services. Affordable and clean- it is on the bus line and conveniently located on Bethel Road, 3 miles from 315. It would be a great location to live if you commute to downtown or campus. The office is open Monday and Friday, 9:30 to 5, and on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 12. Christine- who works in the Enclave office- would be happy to give you a set of keys to view the unit.
