The fully stocked kitchen includes a granite-top island with barstools, high-end appliances, and a Keurig. Adjacent is a six-top dining table overlooking the back deck, flooded with natural light and offering stunning views of Beaver Lake. The primary bedroom boasts a Tempurpedic king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower, while the other two bedrooms each have a luxury memory foam queen-size bed and nearby bath. The back patio provides a six-top outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit area. The property is not pet-friendly, and bringing a pet will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. The property is conveniently located just 0.8 miles from War Eagle Marina, where you can find the nearest beach and boat ramp. The Hometown Country Store is 5.4 miles away for groceries, and Fiesta Liquors is 9.5 miles away. Water levels of Beaver Lake may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
