Each of the 5 King Bedrooms, 1 Double Queen Bedroom, and 1 Bunk Room (with 4 Twin beds) features a 4K Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second floor includes a laundry room, and the third floor offers additional sleeping arrangements. Guests have private access to a 90-foot heated community pool and clubhouse, complete with lounge seating, dining areas, and 7 Green Egg charcoal grills. The community also offers a catch-and-release fishing pond. Pets are allowed with prior approval for a $200 non-refundable pet fee per house-trained dog, and Emotional Support Animals are subject to the same fee. ADA-registered service animals are exempt.
