Property
Property manager wasn’t very friendly. Apartment was alright, but not nice enough for what it costs. Property manager spoke little english and could hardly even explain to us what exactly was included in the rental price. Probably will not be in touch again. Sorry not sorry.

Apartment was nice and well kept. Was just very confusing to find and very small! It is in the same place as a major apartment complex, but the landlord made it seem like this one particular building was separate. It had no numbers on it, which make it very confusing to find.
Management
Landlord was nice and very shy. he did not say much about the apartment. He showed where the laundry is, but never explained where anything else is, that was supposed to be included, such as pool, playground, etc.

The unit was recently updated and it has brand new appliances. Laminate floors throughout and closets in both rooms. Laundry in building. Condominium has pool, playground and tennis courts.
Management
The landlords are very nice and answered all the questions. Fast response through email, phone and txt.
