We have a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that will be available for move in the weekend of May 16th. This unit has vinyl plank flooring, an outdoor deck with a Western view, and it gets plenty of sunlight. This unit is two floors above ground level and has a partial view of the mountains and Lake Union. The property is located three blocks from the beaches of Lake Union and one block from Eastlake Avenue East. Easy access to downtown Seattle and South Lake Union. Multiple restaurants, bars and small markets within walking distance. There is coin-operated laundry in the building. We have tenants sign a 12-month rental agreement that goes month-to-month after the first year is up. This gives tenants the flexibility to move out when they want. We are a NO PETS / NO SMOKING building. We run a full credit and background check. Tenants must make 3X their rental amount, have a credit score above 700 and no past dues or collections. Water, sewer, and garbage is INCLUDED with rent. FREE onsite parking which fits 2 cars. Tenant pays for electricity and cable. If the prospective tenant passes the credit and background check, then we ask them to put down a $1000 deposit to hold the unit until they move in. When they move in, they pay their first month's rent. We do not ask for last month's rent. We keep it simple.
