Management
They asked for more then the legal limit in money due at move in. She was very kind and considerate, but asking four times the monthly rent amount and the condition of the apartment leaves me worried that they won’t follow other rules for repairs or remedies that may come necessary throughout occupancy.

Property
It was a clean, but older apartment. Parking on Street, no laundry on site, and the backside of the building was dirty with old furniture and an empty lot that could be concerning at night. It had a very large bedroom, with a green front lawn and trees visible through the windows, and a good sized kitchen and dining area with built in closets and drawers in many places. The bedroom closet was large although the doors were broken, and the carpet looked stain free although it also looked like it hasn’t been replaced in many years.

The property manager provided an email response within 48 hours on a holiday weekend, that also included all details about viewing applying and signing a lease. Thank you!
