    Landlord was considerate and answered my questions.

     Property

    The amenities are non-exsistent. The appliances look like they are 100 years old and so does the house. There is no dishwasher the heating system in ancient. The bathroom also looks like it’s from a 1940s film. Great location if you are a GW student.
