Pet-related nuisance noise, odors, or aggressive behaviors that affect or annoy neighbors are not permitted and may result in the removal of the pet. Pets must be accompanied by and under the full control of their owners (or owner's' agent) when in the common areas. In these areas dogs must be leashed at all times. Pets shall not be tied to trees, shrubs or stakes anywhere on Association grounds. Pet owners must clean up their pet's waste and dispose of fecal matter properly. Cat litter may not be disposed of in toilets. Pet owners shall ensure that their pets do not begrime, urinate, or defecate on or in hallways, buildings, or other structures on the Association property. In the event of such an occurrence, the pet owner is responsible for immediately cleaning up after the pet; otherwise they will be billed for cleaning. Owners will be held responsible for pet-caused damage to trees, grass, or shrubs. No pets are allowed in the pool or the fenced-in pool area. Pet - Registration
