We will be there at the apartment to show it to you each evening during the week, but not on the weekends, at 5:00 PM. We stay for about half an hour and can answer all of your questions at that time. No appointment is necessary. There is an off-street parking spot for an additional fee. One year lease to begin which automatically becomes month to month at the end of successful first year. We pay water, sewer and garbage, you need gas and electric (PG&E and SMUD) in your name.
