    What's special

Park across the streetReal outdoor spaceExclusive outdoor areaL-shaped layoutTwo front window wells
If you've got a dog, a green thumb, or both, this is the one I'd show you first. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath ground-level condo built in 2018, directly across the street from Meridian Hill Park. That means your morning walk starts the second you step outside, with no elevator and no long hallway. The L-shaped layout is really livable. The main living space is open and easy to hang out in, and the bedrooms sit in their own defined areas, so it never feels like one big box. You also get an exclusive outdoor area that your dog will claim as their own within a day. The two front window wells are a fun bonus: plant a little herb garden in them, or let your pup turn them into sunny nap spots. Honestly, probably both. The location is hard to beat. You're tucked between 14th Street, U Street, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, and Mount Pleasant, and there are more than 30 coffee shops within a 15-minute walk (I've tried a lot of them, and I'm happy to share favorites). Harris Teeter is about 5 minutes away on foot, and Target is close by for the dog food and paper towel runs. City living, real outdoor space, and a park across the street for your four-legged roommate is a combo you just don't see come up very often. Reach out and let's get you in for a look before someone else does. Renter is responsible for electric, cable - security deposit and first months rent due at signing.
