The building has exciting amenities to go along with the perfect apartment like a roof top deck and a full gym in the basement! Our fitness center boasts a full weight room, a cycling/yoga room, locker rooms and saunas! We also have gated parking for all of our residents which is included in the rent! Lastly, we have additional storage rooms in the basement for rent.
Building pays for Water, Sewage, Trash Removal, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, and Parking. The tenant pays for the electricity meter. We are pet friendly allowing 2 animals max in the apartment. Our lease terms are 12 months.
