Our Process:

Until we receive a signed lease back, we will continue to market the home, accept applications, and make lease offers. A 1-month deposit will be due within 24 hours of a signed lease. The balance will be due 7 days before move-in. If there isn't sufficient time between lease signing and move-in, a cashier's check will be required. We will market for at least 7 days before reviewing any applications.
Our Uniform Screening Criteria:
1. A complete Rental application for anyone 18 years old+
2. Gross Income (Before Taxes) is 3 times or more the monthly rent ($9,600).
3. Proof of Income paystubs to cover the most recent 4 weeks of pay or other acceptable documentation to be determined on a case-by-case basis
4. A credit & background check for all applications.
5. Credit we aim for a credit score of 670 or higher. We do not reject applications solely on credit, but credit is one of the factors we use to assess your ability to pay rent on-time. If you apply with more than one applicant, we will use the highest credit score in the group to represent the group.
