This unit is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a single car garage in a four-plex. This is a upper-level unit with a walkout deck. Rent is $1,080.00 per month, and includes gas (heat), water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater). Tenants are responsible for the electricity; phone, internet, and/or cable (If you want those services), and responsible for salting/sanding own driveway (if you want that done as well). Appliances include stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Unit has an in-wall A/C unit. Washer and Dryer are in unit. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. We do not allow pets in our Cambridge I division. Our leases are for one year (12 months) with a 60-day notice to vacate. The security deposit is the same as one month's rent, which is $1,080.00, and is due at the time of the lease signing. Each adult is required to complete an application and be approved prior to scheduling a tour. There is no application fee.
