This is a wonderfully private, 400 SQFT, tiny home living. It is located on a private .61 acre flag lot that boarders a family owned farm on two sides. It features one (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom with a shower, a full kitchen, and a living room area.
There are currently no laundry appliances in this unit. However, Majestic Laundry and Dry Cleaning is only a ten (10) minute drive from the property. Majestic Laundry and Dry Cleaning is a full service laundromat located next to Foodland in the Pukalani Terrace Shopping Center.
The tiny home is nicely furnished, clean, and in a very safe, very quiet area of Kula.
RENT:
* Monthly Rent is: $1,800 plus 4.712% GE Tax.
* In other words, your monthly total rent with GET will be: $1,800 + $85 (4.712% GET) = $1,885
LEASE:
* The lease term is six (6) month minimum.
* First month's rent and the security deposit are required upon signing the lease.
* Security Deposit = One (1) month rent ($1,800).
* First Month's Rent = $1,800 (rent) + $85 (GET) = $1885.
* Renter's insurance is mandatory upon signing the lease agreement.
* IMPORTANT: There is a maximum of two (2) tenant vehicles allowed in the lease agreement.
