At move-out, the property must be returned in clean condition consistent with its condition at move-in, normal wear and tear excepted. Any painting, renovations, installations, or other modifications to the unit must receive prior written approval from the owner before work is performed. Subleasing or assigning the lease is not permitted without prior written approval from the owner. Early lease termination may be considered only with owner approval and may be subject to applicable fees or lease conditions.
