Boyne Mountain and Highlands , Nobs Nob ski resorts 15 min drive . Traverse City 1 hr drive. Sorry, but we have NO PETS policy. Too many issues and damages in the past . NO PETS . 6 MONTHS LEASE , available till middle/end of June 2023. The tenant pays for utilities ( water / electric/gas/internet ) 15 ft path snow removal to the sidewalk / street required. Parking on the street following city snow removal schedule . No smoking . NO PETS , too many issues and damages in the past .
