This unit is one you do not want to miss!! Rent is $875/month Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Lawncare/snow removal is a shared responsibility between both the upper and lower units. We are pet friendly, but fees/restrictions do apply! We allow for a max of two pets (cats/dogs) per unit. Individual weight cannot exceed 60 lbs, combined for two cannot exceed 100 lbs.
