Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.
-Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
-Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
-Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
-Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600.
All applicants 18 years of age and older will be subject to a background check. The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom and no pets.
Monthly, Annual Lease. Tenant pays all utilities. Pets not allowed.
Move-In Requirements: The first month's rent and a security deposit must be paid before moving in, and all utilities should be transferred to the tenant's name.
Deposit to Hold Option:
If you can't move in within 72 hours, we provide a "Deposit to Hold" option. By paying the security deposit and signing the lease, we will take the listing off all advertising and cease accepting applications. If you move in on the agreed date, the deposit to hold will convert into your fully refundable security deposit. However, if you fail to move in as planned, the deposit will be given to the owner, and the property will be relisted.

The bright and airy living room's expansive windows overlook the wooded mountain terrain of Weaverville. You might even catch a glimpse of our frequent visitor, the pileated woodpecker, or simply enjoy watching the lively antics of our resident squirrels. Close the blackout blinds for extra privacy or movie night.
Welcome to your inviting living room, where relaxation and functionality harmoniously come together. Relax in the comfort of a buttery soft leather sofa. A 42-inch smart Roku TV is provided for your viewing pleasure. We cut the cord, no cable, be sure to bring your passwords.
Our clever smart coffee table lifts up for a convenient work space or dining table. (There is no other dining table in the apartment)
Let us know if you need a larger work space and we will set up a 62" x 23" folding computer desk before your arrival.
KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen has a spice rack for those who like to cook! We've got pots and pans and baking utensils too! Microwave, toaster, blender, electric teapot, baking trays, pizza pan, sharp knives, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook from home, or order in and really enjoy it! We also provide oil, vinegar, spices, salt and pepper for those who like to cook. New stainless dishwasher, electric stove and full fridge with freezer.
COFFEE & TEA
We've got a starter selection of coffee and tea for your enjoyment. We also provide starter coffee creamer and a variety of sugars. Make coffee with the Keurig or do a pour over (starter paper filters included) - you've got options!
BEDROOM
Stretch out on the comfy king size bed with soft 100% cotton sheets in your spacious bedroom with an overhead fan for temperature control. Bedside lamps have USB chargers. Plenty of king size pillows on the bed! There is also a Homemedics white noise machine for your sleeping pleasure! Draw the blackout shades and blackout drapes for extra privacy and light control.
BEDROOM CLOSET
We also have extra linens in the bedroom closet, as well as a luggage rack, iron and ironing board. Hang your clothes on the wooden hangers here, and help yourself to the antique, mirrored dresser in the bedroom.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. We provide 100% fluffy cotton towels, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You'll also find a first aid kit, hair dryer and makeup towels.
PARKING
You have one dedicated, reserved parking space marked "Reserved Parking C" just steps from your private entrance. Parking for 1 vehicle only.
STAIRS
Please also keep in mind, this is an upstairs loft apartment with stairs. Sorry this home is not at all suitable for children.
SHARED LAUNDRY in the BASEMENT
For guests staying 28 days or longer
You will have access to the shared laundry room in the basement.

NO SMOKING
NO smoking, NO vaping, NO incense, NO candles or open flames are allowed inside the apartment.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY, please use the provided receptacle.
