The second floor features a bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, daybed with trundle, and an attached full en-suite bathroom. Outdoors, enjoy the heated pool and a propane grill for BBQ by the water. This pet-friendly home accommodates one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. Located less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine's historic district, this home offers easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether you're exploring the historic sites or enjoying the nearby beach, you'll find plenty to do in the area. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees.
