Property
Floors inside the home were in poor condition. Upon asking the landlord what would be done, her reply was "not much". The home also smelled like cat. The only thing I really liked about it was the large shaded back yard and the kitchen was partially updated.
Management
I felt the landlord was unprofessional because she stayed outside the unit the entire time we looked at the house and chatted with the neighbor next door.
