Condominium common roof deck with views of Greenlake, Mt Rainier, and the Cascades is available for community use and includes couches, table and chairs, and gas grill with mini-fridge and sink. Great place to wander upstairs with your morning cup of coffee before work. Just blocks from the Phinney Farmer's Market (Fridays seasonally), Ken's Market, Chicken Supply Co., Chupacabra, Ridgewood Bottle & Tap, Holy Mountain Brewery, Ben's Bread, Doe Bay Wine Co. - plus many more neighborhood establishments nearby here in the heart of Greenwood/Phinney. The Greenwood library, Sip and Ship, Post Office, and Greenwood Hardware are all nearby conveniences. Fred Meyer is 1 mile away and Trader Joe's is also just 1 mile away (87th and Greenwood, in the first floor of the Hemlock building). No dedicated parking available for this unit. Street parking only. - 11-month lease (followed by option to renew for 12-month lease) - First month rent due to secure the rental - Last month + $1,000 deposit (fully refundable) due at lease signing - Proof of monthly income meeting 3x the rent is required with tenant application - All utilities are paid by tenant: Water and Electricity paid directly to the utility companies by tenant. Garbage is paid with the rent as a $50 flat monthly fee. My internet account currently in place can be retained with payment of $65 paid with rent, or a new account can be set up with CenturyLink. - Possibility of a move-in date before October 1st, with any additional days pro-rated.
