Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. If any smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are discovered, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 house rules violation fee. If any additional (unregistered) guests are discovered, a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
