NOTICE: This is a no fee apartment available for rent directly to the public. Owner will not charge or collect or pay any brokers fees. Owner does not authorize any broker to relist this apartment for rent. Brokers must present a prior agreement between the broker and any prospective tenant in which the tenant has hired the broker and agreed to pay the brokers fee.
