(2) ABOUT THE BUILDING: - Elevator in building - Laundry in building (on the ground floor) - There is no roof. - No pets - the building doesn't allow renters to have pets. - Monthly electric/gas bill typically is ~$70 from Con Edison, but definitely more expensive in the summer ($100) if you use AC a lot. (3) ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: - Very close/easy access to Q-train and the 4, 5, & 6 green line. - Equinox & New York Sports Club within one block - Steps away from nicest restaurants and bars in the Upper East Side (4) ABOUT THE LEASE/RENTAL AGREEMENT: - Available for a start date of 6/1 - Monthly rent is $3,000 for 12 months. (5) APPLICATION PROCESS & FEES: - The entire move-in process will cost you ~$1,600 (see below). - $70 : Credit Report Fee paid by renting tenant (non-refundable) - $500 : Building application Process & Review Fee paid by renting tenant (non-refundable) - $1,000 : Building Move In Fee paid by renting tenant (non-refundable) - Security Deposit required ~$1,300 (refundable). Depends on application package. - As most buildings require, there is a decent amount of paperwork required by the building in order to become officially approved.
