Background check is $95 and is a full background check, credit check and work history. Heat, water, sewer and trash are all included in rent. Abuse of utilities will not be tolerated. Leases are Month to Month currently. After one year of on time payments and renting, we can discuss longer lease terms.
No assault charges or ANY charges against children are allowed on property. No, we will not "slide" on this, it's a requirement. Please do not call several times a day as it usually comes in on the phone as scam likely and will not be answered. I check emails and texts multiple times a day but I do not hear phone calls. You CANNOT rent the apartment for someone else. If you lie on the application versus your background check, you will be denied and blocked. We take the safety and security very seriously from the start for our tenants and will not budge on rule breaking.
A 30 day notice at move out is required or you will be charged accordingly. *This is a pro tip and should be common courtesy anywhere you rent.
The lease will layout all of the rules for the property but these are a few that we feel need to be highlighted especially for first time renters.
