Off-street parking is available for those wanting to protect their vehicle from bumps and scrapes or simply avoid circling for a spot. The street itself is permit parking. You'll be ideally located near I-90/94 far enough that you won't hear it, close enough to get there in less than three minutes. For commuters by foot, the Belmont Blue Line is a quick 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride on the 77, with only a 20-minute train ride to downtown. Newly constructed protected bike lanes make nearby neighborhoods (Logan Square, Roscoe Village, Irving Park, Lincoln Park, Bucktown, and Lakeview) quickly and safely accessible. You can ride to the lake in 25 minutes or reach the Loop in 30. Applications will only be considered after tenant has participated in an in-person showing with landlord. Passed background check and credit check with good credit required of all tenants on lease.
