Looking for someone to re-lease our unit for remainder of our lease term starting April 1-July 31st with opportunity to be offered a lease renewal as long as payments are on time. Move in fee/security deposit (normally $500) is currently being waived. Money due upon signing lease is $50 application fee, 1st months rent, and pet fee if applicable ($300).
