3. 3:1 income to rent ratio, 650+ Credit Score
4. Omit or report false information on the rental application.
5. Possess no state issued identification (Driver's License, Passport or ID). Photo identification required.
6. Lack of 6 (Six) months of continuous positive rental history. Negative and/or incomplete rental reference.
