Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of the neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
