Waters Edge has nearly 200 units in the complex but our unit is unique being one of the twelve built that surround the pool and recreation area with direct access. It is extremely private and is a corner unit. The layout is very open and bright: On the first floor is a large designer kitchen with granite counter-tops and lots of storage. The kitchen opens to the Great Room with 9' ceilings, new floors and windows with tons of natural light. It is very spacious and has plenty of room for you and your family. There is a powder room bath and mechanical/storage room also on the lower level. The second level walks out to your own private patio, which opens up to the pool deck. You can access this through the dedicated patio door or from the slider door in the Master Bedroom. The MBR has a huge walk-in closet, a second closet and an oversized master bathroom. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with two closets and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The laundry room is also on the second floor and is easily accessible.
