This is a 12-month Residential Lease for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit in San Marcos, Texas. Landlord is responsible for costs such as exterior pest control, and exterior insurance while the tenant is responsible for electricity, and a $25 flat fee for water, sewage, and trash. A security deposit in the amount of the first month's rent will be required before the lease's commencement date. A disclosed cat or small dog is permitted in the unit upon payment of a $250 pet deposit and $20 monthly pet fee. Two free parking spots are available in the shared parking lot on site.
