You can ski out and down to the Boulder lift and lodge at Heavenly from the front door, or the Stagecoach express ski lift is 300 yards away. In the Summer time step out the front door and you're on the world famous Tahoe Rim Trail. No need to drive anyplace. The pool and hot tub are 100 yards from the condo and you can see it from the condo. The famous Fox and Hound bar and grill is 500 yards away as well as the ski rental shop. Guest access Guests can walk down the road 100 yards to the pool and hot tub. In the winter guests can ski down to Boulder Lodge or a quick walk and ski to Stagecoach Lodge, or a 60 sec drive!
