Close to the bay! 2 minutes to the Delaware bay. 10 Minute drive to Wildwood and 15 Minute drive to Cape May or Cape May Court House area. Wildwood has a great boardwalk and free beaches. The bay, 2 minutes down the street has the best sunsets and birdwatching. Many spotting of the local bald eagle at "Eagles Cove" Del Haven. 15 Minutes to the Lewes / Cape May Ferry.
Close to exit 4 or 6 off the Parkway. Home Depot, Lowes and the movie complex in Rio Grand.
The bedroom suite is large enough to have a lounge area and coffee maker. Very comfortable queen floating bed. The loft stairs are steep so keep that in mind.
Water and sewer is included. Free parking. Discount from rent of $300/month for taking care of the property grounds including cutting grass and weeding gardens. $300/month discount for taking care of ABNB clients in front house. Responsibility includes turn over service from guest leaving and arriving Farmhouse premise. No Smoking is allowed.
