This is a small studio unit with EVERYTHING (washer/dryer, appliances, parking, etc.). Gray cabinets with quartz countertops. A beautiful custom shower with large subway tiles and modern fixtures. A FULL SIZE, LG Washer/dryer is in the unit. Ac and heater split unit has been installed by a professional ac technician! There is a private parking spot in the back with a separate entrance from the main house via the alley. This suitable for 1 PERSON because of the size. Good credit and references is a must. No pets. Water and sewer in included the rent. The electric runs super cheap. Shared internet can be negotiated. The unit will be cleaned and available for September. If you have an iPhone, I can send you a video as well. It is not available for showing YET. The pictures posted are a couple years old.
1 year lease, with no prior convictions. Tenant must have good credit (600+), proof of employment/funds, and references. No smoking or pets on the property. $1,300 security deposit and first months rent are due upon signing the lease. Proof of Renter's insurance is mandatory (which is cheap and about $85 total a year). Water and sewer is Included in rent. Electricity and gas is the tenant's responsibility and is very affordable because of the small size of the unit.
