Situated atop the northwestern Catskills region, surrounded by 50 acres of meadows, pastures, and woods with a spring-fed pond and babbling streams. Crafted with locally sourced wood by skilled carpenters, ensuring a genuine and authentic atmosphere. Full bath includes bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and a gallery style bed plus a sofa - Bed. We are open to rent the pastures, woods, land and the Barn as well if you have Animals and / or Livestock. Leases can be short, medium or long term. Owner pays for all utilities including wi fi. Can do short, medium or long term. Can discuss leasing some land/pasture/woods and Barn/Garage.
