Highlights include two living rooms with deck access, a pool table, board games, a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating, two jet-powered bathtubs, a fire pit, a Keurig coffee maker, top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen, luxury linens in all bedrooms, and a washer and dryer. Guests have direct access to Beaver Lake via a walking path that leads from the backyard to the waterfront. Due to the steep driveway, which can be slick at times, a 4-wheel/all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Located on Beaver Lake, this home offers direct access to the lake via a short path from the backyard to the waterfront. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is not for guest use. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Access the lake at your own risk; all children 16 and under are required by law to wear life vests, which can be found in the laundry room. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake; cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
