All of our apartments are sunny and super clean, non-smoking, and have front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy.
