This home is part of a well maintained Mobile Home Community. It is located one mile from CVS Pharmacy, Weis Grocery, McDonalds, Royal Farms, etc and only four miles from Route 30, Walmart, Lowe's, and the West Manchester Mall. The Mobile Home Community is also directly next to the Township Park and Community Center which offers a paved half mile walking trail (Fit Trail), pavilion, playground, sports fields, and library. Residents in this community are responsible for utilities and maintaining their lawn. Columbia Gas and Met-Ed Electric accounts are placed into the Residents name prior to move in. Water, sewer, and trash will be kept in the landlords name. Sewer is included in the monthly rent, tenant will be billed back for water and trash usage. If lawn maintenance isn't your cup of tea, we can provide you with a contact that maintains other lawns in the community for $12- $14 per occurance. Pets will be considered for an additional $50 monthly fee and $250 deposit, per pet. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed due to insurance restrictions.
