Property
Apparently, the owner sunk all of his money on one side-the pictures shown-because the available side was not very nice. The place had potential, & I loved the area, but I'd have to have extra money to put into making it a nice place to live. The rent was low, but if you add in lawn car, water & the utilities with the high ceilings, it would be as pricey as other places in the area. If the toilets were replaced, the appliances were updated, & the stained front porch covered with an outdoor carpet, it would make a huge difference. Also, he wanted someone in within the week, even though the painters & cleaners were not done yet. It would be too difficult to get in that quickly & prior to the 1st.
Management
Super nice owner. Did not want to invest any more money on this side of the duplex. The other side looked beautiful.
