The rental had many new features such as Appliances and a new tub. Although these amenities were attractive the wall color was not inviting and the kitchen counters were somewhat damaged. Their was also Washer and Dryer provided by the owner which was also a plus but the downside that was disclosed was 8f the Washer and Dryer broke the tenant would be solely responsible for the repair. Also the cost of the apartments was too expensive compared to a few others in the area water was not included in the price. The unit was nice and their were several attractive amenities depending on what your looking for. Another attraction and positive was that the unit was secluded and had a security gate which was a great feature but just not enough to choose it. Realtor was Beautiful and her hospitality was Great!
