It is located next door to the owners utility business. You may hear their trucks in the morning and in the afternoon, but for the most part, it will be very quiet for you.
The rent is $2,700 and this includes water, septic and trash removal (City of Saco). Tenants pay their own heat (propane- forced hot air), electricity and wifi. The hot water is an electric hot water heater.
The owner will do the landscaping and snow plowing. Tenants are responsible for the shoveling.
Can't shovel? This can be done for you for an additional fee.
Pets-
While no pets are preferred, one pet may be negotiable. If you have a dog, we will need to meet it during our showing. There will be an additional pet deposit, depending on what you have for a pet.
